Pick-Up Appointments
Please call at least one day in advance to schedule an appointment for all pick-ups.

Deposits and Special Orders
All special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Delivery
Delivery includes all assemblies and trash haul away. When a mattress is purchased; your old mattress, box springs and metal frames may be hauled away at no additional charge. Please have your old mattress already bagged up for sanitary purposes. Additional trips may incur extra charges.

Manufacturing and Delivery Time
Manufacturing production times are estimates only. The Sleep Peeps is not liable for any manufacturing delays.

Quality and Satisfaction at Delivery
All issues with merchandise must be noted at the time of delivery. Any unsatisfactory items not reported at delivery will incur an additional charge for exchanges.

Special Order Cancellations
Canceling a special order will incur a 25% restocking fee. After receipt of the merchandise, this cancellation fee will be 50%.

Storage of Purchased Merchandise
The Sleep Peeps is not responsible for any sold merchandise left uncollected after 10 days.

Layaways and Clearance Sales
Layaways are fully refundable. All sales are final on clearance and “as-is” merchandise.
